A “foreign agent” foundation has been charged with failing to submit reports.
The Sverdlovsk Regional Public Foundation for Social Projects “Novoye Vremya” (New Time), which helps women and children with socially significant diseases (HIV, tuberculosis, addiction), is charged with failing to submit Form No. 7 of the foreign agent reporting (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
The court of first instance fined the foundation 300,000 rubles.
