A case against Davletova, a professional translator, accused of knowingly mistranslating court minutes, started In Krasnogvardeysky district court. Those papers were to be translated for Nevsky district court. Two staff members of Nevsky district court testified about how the translation was done. According to their testimony, the documents were sent to Single Center for Legal Translation (Единый центр судебных переводов), where this assignment was delegated to Davletova. She processed the documents for too long and after several calls from court staff sent them back to the court, but it turned out that minutes were not translated properly, there were only 2 pages of correct translation, but the other ones were fake.
