We are publishing a report on the monitoring of cases under the Administrative Offenses Code.

We monitored 53 cases of administrative charges against 51 people in Moscow and St. Petersburg. We monitored cases under a new article, added to the Administrative Code after February 24, 2022 – article 20.3.3 “Defamation of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation”.
